A hard gel full set is a type of nail enhancement where durable, gel is applied to the natural nails or over nail extensions to create a strong, long-lasting manicure. The gel is thicker than soft gel polish and requires curing under a UV or LED lamp. It's ideal for adding length, building structure, or creating custom nail shapes like square, almond, or stiletto. Hard gel doesn’t soak off like acrylic or dip—it must be filed down during a fill or removal.
A hard gel fill is a maintenance service for a previous hard gel full set, done every 2–3 weeks as the natural nail grows out. This keeps the nails strong, smooth, and balanced while extending the life of the original set. Like the full set, the gel is cured under a UV or LED lamp and can be reshaped, restructured, or refined during the process. Hard gel fills help prevent lifting, cracking, and breakage, maintaining a flawless, durable look.
