After completing professional nail technician training, I continued expanding my education through advanced training and hands-on experience to perfect my craft. Cancellation Policy
Please be informed that a 50% cancellation fee will be incurred for any cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment. Our establishment maintains a stringent 3-strike policy. Should a pattern of repeated cancellations persist, we reserve the right to discontinue our client relationship. In case of emergencies preventing attendance, we request immediate notification via call or text to facilitate timely rescheduling. While we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, we kindly ask for your consideration of our time. Clients are allotted a 20-minute window for punctuality. Should arrival exceed this grace period, rescheduling for another day will be necessary. In the event of a no-show without prior notice, full payment for the booked services will be required before any future bookings can be made. We appreciate your cooperation in honoring our scheduled appointments
